Jobs, Contracts & Billing Module

The Job Contracts and Progress Billing module is designed to track construction contracts, job costs and progress billings. This module allows you to set up multiple contract billing items or schedules of value and create multiple work orders by billing item. Progress billings by line item can be done by percentage or by fixed amount per line item. Job Costs are also tracked by contract. The system creates invoices in QuickBooks and does not print AIA G702 or G703 forms.
